Come help keep the Arboretum a beautiful place to visit! Everyone is welcome. This is an ideal opportunity to serve your community by performing maintenance and improvement tasks that, without volunteer effort, would not get done. Groups or individuals can also use this event to accrue needed community service time. This event occurs on selected Saturdays of each month. So if you are unable to make this date, check our calendar for other opportunities to give to your community! Create an exquisitely detailed ornament for your garden. Actual leaves serve as the molds. A leaf's natural depressions and veins are captured in the tiniest detail. We'll guide you as you create cement molds of plant leaves. They make great bird baths, stepping stones or art for your wall or garden. Bring your favorite hosta, rhubarb or other large leaf. We'll have a selection on hand as well. The nursery is open every Saturday during the summer for plant sales.
